Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your UPPAbaby gear, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact. Please note that for safety reasons, certain items like car seats must be returned in an unopened box.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Once your request is approved, we will email you a prepaid shipping label and a return packing slip to include inside your box.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original manufacturer packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of arrival.
